All Pro Powersports, LLC sells new and pre-owned golf carts, go-karts, snowmobiles, UTVs, ATVs, watercraft and outboard motors, along with related parts and accessories.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate. Product information is provided for general guidance, and actual products may vary due to:
• Product age and condition (new or pre-owned).
• Manufacturer specification changes.
• Color and finish variations.
• Minor cosmetic differences.
• Availability at the time of purchase.
Product images: All product images displayed on our website are recent, live photographs of the actual unit or model being offered for sale. These images are intended to accurately represent the product’s appearance, configuration, and features, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you order is no longer available, we will contact you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Our primary payment methods are credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay, processed securely through Authorize.net.
Bank Transfer and Zelle are available as optional payment methods only when there is an issue completing payment by card or Apple Pay. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders received before the cut-off time begin processing the same business day whenever possible; orders received later, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is verified, and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. For complete details, please see our Shipping Policy.

• Providing adequate space for unloading.
• Obtaining any required permits or permissions.
• Complying with local laws on registration, operation, and use of the product.
Please inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report any damage, shortages, defects, or incorrect products within 48 hours.
Ownership of products remains with All Pro Powersports, LLC until full payment has been received. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery location or upon pickup.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to eligibility. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns, and approved refunds are processed within up to 10 business days.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. If freight transportation has been booked or custom work has started, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs already incurred.
By using our website, you agree not to:

Except for any written warranty provided with a product or required by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed on to you in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Pre-owned products are sold in the condition described in their listing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Pro Powersports, LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
All Pro Powersports, LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor shortages, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
